Most of this blog is implied in the title. I am a complete foodie and I absolutely love cardio. This blog is about more than that though. I love fitness, nutrition, and the exploration/self-education on both of these constituents in my life. I’m all about new experiences in both these facets and believe it is of utmost importance to apply this pursuit of curiosity and knowledge throughout your life.
