If you haven’t picked this up from my previous posts, the slow carb diet is my favorite LIFESTYLE diet that I’ve ever put to the test. You don’t have to count calories, and you can eat however much you want of a few given categories. It really eliminates decision in your diet, which I think the number one reason people fall off from diets is because they are given too many options. Check out this article that the 4 hour people discuss in this forum that discuss the finer points of slow carb.

Hey emilyeatsright! You mentioned that you would like me to make a post at around how many calories were in certain types of alcoholic beverages. I hope this link helps! It is a general ball park of calories per ounce of some popular beverages. From the prior research that I have done on calories per drink, this is a pretty accurate approximation of the actuals. Hope this helps!
