&lt;li&gt;Buy Frozen veggies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Buy fatty meats (not sure if I agree as much with this one, be wary)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;EAT CANNED TUNA! (I love this one)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eat eggs (I really love this one too considering I eat between 1-2 dozen a week)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;and of course, drink water&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;4 times through this circuit with 45-90 seconds between circuits&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Wide grip pull-ups to failure&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Resistance band deadlift x 40 reps&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Resistance band front raises x 12 (make sure your feeling it for the last two reps)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Resistance band squats x 30 reps&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Close grip Chin ups (supinated grip) to failure&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Resistance band curls x 20 reps on each arm AFAP (As Fast As Possible)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Band rows x 20 reps&lt;/li&gt;
